Volunteering with Semi Permanent is a great way for young creatives to be part of the festival. We couldn’t make the festival happen without them. It’s because of this, we decided to reimagine the traditional volunteer T-shirt as a team member’s vest. Inspired by the industrial theme of the Sydney 2022 Festival branding, we opted for a tactical vest that was one-size-fits-all, could hold pens, food tokens and potential business cards.
